Arrive Alive Policy. At Bad Juju, we strive to provide the best support for your new pets. In the rare event that your insects arrive deceased, please follow these steps: 1. Document the Issue – Send us a video showing the package, its contents, and the deceased animals. This helps us determine what went wrong. 2. Provide Proof of Delivery – We require proof of the package’s delivery date and time to process your claim. Please note: • We cannot be held responsible for courier mishandling, such as leaving the package in extreme temperatures. • You must contact us immediately upon discovering the issue, as we cannot verify when the animals perished if there’s a delay. If the insects you ordered are out of stock, we will issue store credit as a replacement. Fortunately, these incidents are extremely rare, so don’t worry!

At Bad Juju, we take great care when shipping live animals to ensure they arrive safely. Each animal is securely packaged in a container with its preferred bedding and, when necessary, a small amount of food. Shipping Schedule & Method • All live insect orders are shipped on Mondays via Express Shipping through Australia Post. • Orders and payments must be received by midnight Sunday to be sent out that week. This is to ensure they are not waiting over weekends, which would cause extra stress. • Orders or payments processed after this day will be shipped the following Monday.
